Terms of use

Use it as a logbook

Summit detection is based on GPS data and catalogue matching. Results can be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as proof of an ascent.

Stay responsible outdoors

Do not rely on Triglog for route finding, weather, access information or safety decisions. Use appropriate maps, skills and current local guidance.

Availability

The service may change or be unavailable, particularly while it is in early development. Keep your original activity records in Strava.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your connected Strava account and for disconnecting it if you no longer want Triglog to access new data.

Strava

Triglog is an independent application. It is not made, sponsored or endorsed by Strava. Triglog uses the Strava API under Strava’s API Agreement and API Policy; your use of Strava remains governed by Strava’s own terms and privacy policy.

Third-party services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, third-party service providers, including Strava, provide their services and content “as is” and disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Those providers are not liable for consequential, special, punitive or indirect damages arising from your use of Triglog.

Deleting your data

Disconnecting Strava or deleting your account removes the data Triglog holds for you, permanently and immediately. See the privacy policy for exactly what is removed.
