Common questions
My activities are not importing
Imports run in the background and pause automatically when Strava’s rate limit is reached, then resume by themselves. Your Dashboard shows the current stage. If it stays on one stage for more than a day, email us.
A summit is missing or wrong
Summit detection matches GPS tracks against a catalogue of hills. Open the activity and use the summit controls to add a missed peak or reject an incorrect one.
Triglog says I need to reconnect
That happens when Strava access is revoked — usually from Strava’s own settings page. Reconnect from Settings to resume syncing.
How do I get my data deleted?
You can do it yourself, immediately and permanently, from Settings. Disconnecting Strava deletes all Strava data we hold for you; deleting your account removes everything. Both show written confirmation when they finish. See the privacy policy for detail.
